From Language to Leadership — The Next Wave of Activation

Okay … so if Part I explored how Pluto in Aquarius is rebuilding the architecture of our collective consciousness — and how Uranus in Gemini is upgrading the way we speak, share, and shape that consciousness — then this next layer takes us deeper.

Now, we look to Neptune and Saturn, both shifting between the final sign of the zodiac, Pisces, and moving into the first sign, Aries. Neptune has been in Pisces since 2011, and Saturn joined it there in March 2023 — a transit that’s had us swimming through some very murky spiritual waters.

Think about it: the past decade has been an explosion of “spiritual” content — affirmations, manifestation coaches, astrology memes, self-proclaimed healers, and plant-medicine influencers — all flooding our feeds. Some of it has been deeply healing, but much of it has also been illusion: spiritual performance without embodiment.

That’s Pisces at work — boundless, beautiful, but slippery. When Neptune and Saturn both move through Pisces, we collectively learn to surrender and release illusion. We see what’s real and what’s fantasy. It’s why so many have been in seasons of confusion, endings, and deep spiritual fatigue — because we’ve been learning to tell the difference between transcendence and escapism.

Pisces energy is connected to the Divine and spirituality, but also to to the dream world. It dissolves boundaries and blurs definitions, which can be mystical and magical, but also messy. The past decade has been the collective exhale before the inhale — a kind of spiritual detox where false light had to surface before true clarity could arrive.

Now, as Neptune and Saturn prepare to move into Aries, we’re stepping out of the fog and into the fire. I mean — Neptune in Aries is the definition of the spiritual warrior. Neptune = spiritual (fog) / Aries = the warrior (it’s a fire sign).

It’s the moment where we stop just talking about healing and start embodying it. Where spirituality isn’t a side hobby, a hashtag, or a curated identity — it’s a lived frequency.

This is the call for those who have actually done their inner work. Those who have metabolized their shadows, faced their initiations, and are now ready to anchor tangible gifts into the world.

The days of borrowed wisdom are over. Neptune and Saturn in Aries say: it’s time to build what you believe in.

Period 9: The Fire Age and the Feminine Frequency

According to Chinese metaphysics, we’ve officially entered Period 9, also known as The Fire Age. It will last from 2024 to 2044 and represents a collective cycle of illumination, innovation, and authenticity.

Now here’s what’s interesting, the previous cycle, Period 8, from 2004-2023 favored masculine energy. I should say this the characteristic of masculine energy, not the gender. As you know, we all have both masculine and feminine energies. So those who more embodied or lead more with the masculine energy of Period 8, even if they were women, were also successful at that time.

And it was also that if you did not lean into more masculine energy during Period 8, 2004-2023, it might have been harder for you to be successful … this created a lot of burn out for women and men who lead more with feminine energy. Because who did we see during that time as the predominant, successful builders: the tech moguls, the digital empire architects, young college guys IPO’ing companies they built out of college.

Period 8 was the time of the internet boom—remember Ashton Kutcher’s character trying to sell diapers online he didn’t even need in that film A Lot Like Love from 2005? But in real life, you know Amazon (Jeff Bezos), Facebook/Meta (Mark Zuckerberg), WeWork (Adam Neumann), etc … I could go on.

But now, Period 9 favors the feminine. Not female as gender, but feminine as energy, as frequency: intuitive, collaborative, creative, and emotionally intelligent. However, this is age is ruled by Aquarius and authenticity, where synergy, purpose, and heart-centered leadership become the new metrics of power.

So in Period 9, truth glows. Pretense burns away. This is part of what feminine energy does, it cuts through the bullshit.

Period 9 also happens to astrologically align with Pluto’s move into Aquarius—a cosmic mirror reflecting the same theme: power shifting from control to coherence.

The creative industries, in particular, are being re-coded through this energy. Storytelling, fashion, art, wellness, technology—all are being rewritten by women and men who lead with frequency rather than fear. This is the age of sacred service—of creators becoming architects of consciousness.

If Period 8 was the era of productivity and performance, Period 9 is the era of purpose and presence.

The Numerology of Now — Completion Before Creation

Now, to add another layer and deepen our understanding the current collective moment we’re in, let’s shift from Chinese metaphysics to numerology and then Chinese astrology. First numerology—now from a numerological lens, 2025 is a 9 year (2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 9). Nine represents completion, endings, and integration—the closing of karmic cycles. It’s the year of clearing out what no longer aligns, personally and collectively. In Chinese astrology it was also the Year of the Wood Snake, and what do snakes do? They shed their old skin. And shedding can sometimes be painful.

That’s why this year has felt so heavy for so many. Job losses and industry-wide lay offs. Friendships fading. Systems collapsing. The old storylines of identity dissolving. It’s not random—it’s energetic housekeeping. The collective is shedding what cannot cross the threshold into what’s next.

Because what’s next is powerful.

2026 is a 1 year—the number of new beginnings, creation, leadership, and pioneering energy. One is the number of the architect, the origin point, the spark. Everything we’ve been releasing under the 9 vibration is making room for this global rebirth.

So if 2025 has felt like the death of the old world, 2026 will feel like stepping into the blueprint of a new one. This will be the year of activation, opportunity, and alignment—especially for those who have been consciously healing, refining, and preparing. In Chinese astrology, 2026 is also the Year of the Fire Horse, which represents aliveness, optimism, energy, innovation and beauty. The Horse is the energy of powerful forward momentum and movement. 2026 is a year of harvest and good fortune for those who work hard is now paying off.

The ones who have been quietly tending to the inner architecture of their lives will find that the external now starts to match the frequency of their truth. And even you’re just starting to take a look and where you can heal and refine now that is okay, the energy is supporting all of us to release the old template, the old paradigm and lean into the new way or at least be curious about what a new way could look like?
